Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website or engaging Wade Morgan's performance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

Wade Morgan provides professional vocal entertainment services including:

• Jazz club performances
• Corporate event entertainment
• Private party performances
• Wedding entertainment
• Festival appearances

Booking Process

Booking inquiries submitted through our contact form do not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings must be confirmed in writing with a signed contract and deposit payment.

• Initial inquiries will receive a response within 24 hours
• Availability is subject to confirmation
• Pricing may vary based on event requirements and location
• A deposit is required to secure booking dates

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon contract signing
• Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date
• Additional charges may apply for travel beyond the Melbourne metropolitan area
• Equipment rental or special requests may incur additional fees

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations 15-30 days before the event: 25% refund of deposit
• Cancellations less than 15 days before the event: No refund
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Performance Requirements

The client agrees to provide:

• Appropriate performance space and staging area
• Basic sound system (specifications will be provided)
• Parking facilities for performer and equipment
• Dressing room or preparation area when requested

Liability

Wade Morgan maintains public liability insurance. The performer's liability is limited to the total contract value. The client agrees to indemnify Wade Morgan against any claims arising from the event.

Intellectual Property

All performances include copyrighted material. The client is responsible for ensuring appropriate licensing (APRA/AMCOS) is in place for their venue and event.

Photography and Recording

Wade Morgan reserves the right to photograph and record performances for promotional purposes. Professional recording or filming by the client requires prior written consent.
